The Huzzas Non-Exclusive 3D Seismic Survey comprises of 2,100 km2 of newly acquired seismic data located in the Barrow Sub-basin, offshore Northwest Australia.
The Huzzas 3D Seismic Survey covers the highly prospective southern Barrow Sub-basin and consists of PSTM and PSDM (TTI Kirchhoff) data.
This long-offset Broadband survey has been specifically designed to image new and deeper play types in this hydrocarbon rich area that are not able to be fully investigated on legacy 3D surveys, which were typically recorded many years ago, with shorter cables.
The Huzzas 3D Seismic Survey has been acquired by the M/V Geo Caspian using CGG’s BroadSeisTM and BroadSourceTM technologies.
