East Coast India Rectified 2D

Advancing Low-Carbon Energy with State-of-the-Art Reprocessing

The East Coast of India Rectified 2D package covers over 28,000 line km across the Ganges Delta and the Krishna-Godavari Basin, two areas with proven success in energy discovery, spanning shallow to ultra-deep waters. As India’s energy market rapidly grows, the need to find local gas resources, a viable alternative to coal, becomes more pressing. This mission is critical in moving towards a sustainable low-carbon energy future, and at Searcher is at the forefront of this initiative, dedicated to unravelling the mysteries of source rocks and reservoirs along this promising boundary.

Utilising our unique post-stack reprocessing technique, Searcher has corrected navigation, metadata, amplitude, phase, and timing issues to provide a continuous dataset that can easily be integrated into any interpretation software. This advanced rectification yields an interconnected and precise database that is fundamental for comprehensive exploration analysis.
