The Finnmark Platform Super-Tie™ comprises 12,753 km of multi-vintagePSTM reprocessed seismic data over the Finnmark Platform in the Barents Sea.
The project has identified data sets that were acquired by the NPD during the 1970’s and 1980’s that will benefit significantly from reprocessing from field tapes.
A modern PSTM workflow and attention to detail in velocity analysis is what makes the Searcher Seismic brand of Super-Tie™ recognisable in industry as being the superior 2D reprocessed dataset available.
Reprocessing from field tape allows our Super-Tie™ brand to have considerable uplift in data quality and a regionally consistent processing workflow so that the multi-vintages of seismic data selected for the project can be interpreted as a single Super-Tie™ data package for evaluation of the Finnmark East Platform.
